Every deal runs in a fully siloed environment. No cross-contamination. Same standard on every plan.
EU data residency
All source documents and generated outputs are stored and processed strictly within the EU.
No model training on your data
Nothing you process on NaS_OS is ever used to train our or third-party models. Ever.

Common questions before you commit.
What counts as an active deal?
Any mandate that's open and live in your workspace, with documents indexed and the deal still in progress. Closed or archived deals don't count against your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Upgrades can be activated immediately on request.
Are there per-seat charges?
No. Pricing is based on active deals, not users. Multi-team and role-based access is available on Scale and Enterprise.
What happens if I hit my file limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade or archive an existing deal. We don't quietly degrade quality or silently truncate inputs.
Is annual billing available?
